The EmployME! program, launched by NJIT and with the support of the Henry H. Kessler Foundation, Inc., is dedicated to preparing unemployed, underemployed and underserved populations for both entry level and advanced jobs in the field of information technology.

During the eighteen week full-time training program, students learn in a state-of-the-art computer lab especially equipped with appropriate assistive technology tools. The program offers students Three Tracks of study to choose from depending on their interests and ability. Throughout the training period all students are offered assistance with career and job placement and are armed with the tools they need to succeed in the workplace.
