Since its inception the EmployME! program has successfully prepared graduates to enter the workplace with the confidence and training needed to successfully perform their jobs.

As a result, many organizations have come to know that an inclusive culture is a necessary component of excellence. The disabled do extremely well because they want to not only keep their jobs, but they want to prove they can do the job…and do it well.

These success stories represent a variety of careers throughout the state of New Jersey.
